Desist Order issued on January 13, 2026 with reference to the above mentioned property. Pursuant to your conversation with Meredith, the ZBA will receive this Application at its nextmeeting of Wednesday, March 4, 2026 and set a Public Hearing. There will be no need for
you or your client to attend the March 4th meeting as there will be testimony heard until thePublic Hearing is opened.
