Good Morning Attorney Chase:
This email shall confirm receipt of the ZBA Appeal Application with reference to the Cease & Desist
Order issued on January 13, 2026 with reference to the above mentioned property. Pursuant to
your conversation with Meredith, the ZBA will receive this Application at its next meeting of
Wednesday, March 4, 2026 and set a Public Hearing. There will be no need for you or your client to
attend the March 4th meeting as there will be testimony heard until the Public Hearing is opened.
