Good afternoon,
We have received the attached application for the mitigation of the unpermitted removal of earth
products at 061-002-000 Noble Hill Road. This application is to correct a zoning violation and no new
structures or uses are being proposed.
I expect that most departments will not have any comments. However, I wanted everyone to be
