CLA Engineers, Inc. (CLA) has received the application materials for the above referenced
project located on the Town Form Repository: https://www.townofmontville.org/form-
repository/26-site-3-061-002-000-noble-hill-road-mitigation-of-unpermitted-removal-of-eart/
CLA has performed a review of the application documents and offer the following comments:
1. The proposed topsoil thickness should be specified for the disturbed non-wetland soil
areas.
2. Temporary erosion control blanket, hydroseed with bonded fiber matrix, or equal should
be provided on the finished slopes that are steeper than 3:1.
3. An E&S bond was proposed under the IWC permit and is sufficient for this work.
