I hope you are all doing well.
Please note that ten (10) parcels are now part of the Mohegan Tribe Reservation Land as a result of ten Warranty Deeds recorded in
the Land Records on June 4th, 2026 adding about 11.36 acres to the reservation land.

Due to the new surveys recorded in the land records, I have updated the acreages in our CAMA system. We will send the updated
maps/GIS data to CAI soon.
David, I have processed all of the prorations for the 2025 Grand List based on the parcels becoming exempt as of the date of
sale/transfer.
Dennis and Meredith, I'm not sure how the zoning change process works. Please let me know once the zoning maps have been updated
so we can update our property record cards as well. No rush—we'll go over these parcels with our revaluation company at some point.
Mark, I noticed that there are building permits (open) for some of the parcels. I understand that the Mohegan Tribe has its own Building
Department, so you may need to coordinate with them at some point.
