Good afternoon,
Please note that three new parcels (lots) have been added to our CAMA system following the
approved subdivision maps filed on the land records on August 26, 2025. Please refer to Maps 2996–
3005.
The original parcel, Silver Falls Rd (007/007/00A), UI: B0003600, remains as the fourth lot. We have
assigned it the street address of 41 Silver Falls Rd.
The newly created parcels are:
1. 39 Silver Falls Rd (001/007/0A2), UI: 20250013
2. 35 Silver Falls Rd (001/007/0A3), UI: 20250014
3. 31 Silver Falls Rd (001/007/0A4), UI: 20250015
