Good morning,
Please note that four new lots have been added to our CAMA system following the approved
subdivision maps filed on the land records on 4/16/2026 and 4/17/2026. Please refer to Maps 3031–
3047.
The original parcel was *197 Chesterfield Rd (029/066/001) UI: 20240022. We have updated the
address and MBL to Chesterfield Rd (029/066/01A). This remaining parcel consists primarily of
wetlands and is planned to be conveyed back to 237 Chesterfield Rd (029/062/001), per the map
notes.
The new parcels are:
1. 219 Chesterfield Rd (029/064/001) UI 20260005
2. 207 Chesterfield Rd (029/065/001) UI 20260006
3. 201 Chesterfield Rd (029/065/002) UI 20260007
4. *197 Chesterfield Rd (029/066/001) UI 20260008
