Sherri L. Montminty to Montville Land Development LLC
A certain tract or parcel of land being a small portion of the westerly corner of
land of Sherri L. Montminty situated in the Town of Montville, County of New London, State of Connecticut, depicted on a plan entitled “Montville Land Development, LLC, Montville Estates Cluster Subdivision, CLA-4124, Scale: 1”=100’, Project No. CLA-4124, Date: 3/30/07, Sheet No. 2, Revised to 1/2/08 by CLA Engineers, Inc., Norwich,
Connecticut” and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin set on the northeasterly line of Old Colchester Road and the southwesterly line of Sherri L. Montminty and running thence N 57˚ 25’ 00” W a distance of 26.10 feet by and along the southwesterly line of said road to a point at the
westerly corner of the herein described premises; thence N 32˚ 43’ 00” E a distance of
24.73 feet by and along said Old Colchester Road and the southeasterly line of a proposed road, currently owned by Montville Land Development, LLC, in part by each, to an iron pin set at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 40.04 feet to the iron pin at the point of
beginning, the chord bearing of said curve being S 13˚ 55’ 24” E and a chord distance of
35.90 feet, bounded easterly by remaining land of Montminty. Containing 135± SF.
Intending to describe an area that is to be the flare at the intersection of the
northeasterly line of Old Colchester Road and the southeasterly line of a proposed road.
