A certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Town of Montville, County of New London, State of Connecticut, said parcel to include the roads to be known as David Drive and Rebecca Court as depicted on a plan entitled “Improvement Location Survey, Montville Estates Cluster Subdivision, David Drive and Rebecca Court, Town of Montville, Connecticut, Scale:

Inc.” and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a monument set at the intersection of the southerly line of Williams Road and the easterly line of David Drive, said monument located about 17.5 feet behind CL&P pole
6863 and running thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc of a curve having a radius of
25.00 feet a distance of 39.27 feet to a monument, set, the chord bearing of said curve being S 31° 38’ 36” W a chord distance of 35.36 feet; thence S 13° 21’ 25” W a distance of 245.00 feet to a monument set at a point of tangent curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet, these first two courses bounded southeasterly and easterly by land now or formerly of David M. Rosen and
Chelsey A. Elliott; thence southerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 50.05 feet to a
