Good Afternoon:
Thank you for hand-delivering the IWC Application and supporting documents with reference to the
above mentioned property. In quick glance at the package, there is no Narrative included to explain
the proposed activities and/or the action that you are requesting that the Commission take. Kindly
forward a Narrative to my attention as soon as possible for inclusion with the package. Additionally,
should you be looking for a jurisdictional ruling from the IWC that a Permit is not required for (blank)
activities, I would request a letter from a Certified Soil Scientist certifying that there are no wetlands
on site, etc. I see that George Logan is listed on the Application however no report has been
provided to confirm the submission on the Application that there are no wetlands, no wetland
disturbance, no upland review disturbance, no disturbance of a watercourse and/or no creation of
new wetlands.
I will hold this Application pending receipt of the above for inclusion with this Application before
presenting same to the Commission as incomplete.
