John Dempsey came in and signed the application and made a change in the total square footage.
This no longer matches the plan provided. He indicated to Katherine that it is 3200 sf not 4200 sf.

Ellen,
Once you have had a chance to review the new regulations, please let me know if you would like to
withdraw the application submitted yesterday or have the PZC accept it at the next regularly
scheduled meeting, May 26th which would start the 65 days. One of the changes is that all required
landscape plans shall be prepared by a Landscape Architect.
