Please find enclosed revised plans for the proposed workforce housing development located at 902 Grassy
Hill Road. The revisions are intended to address the comments in CLA Engineers, Inc.’s October 13th
review letter. Responses to the individual review comments are as follows:
1. The building elevation plan has not been received by this office.
The project architect is in progress preparing architectural drawings which will be submitted under
separate cover.
2. Drainage calculations must be submitted with the application. Given the apparent well drained soils
on the site and proposed impervious area, storm water volumes must be calculated and addressed.
Please see attached stormwater analysis as requested.
3. Stormwater treatment must be described.
Please see attached stormwater analysis for requested discussion of stormwater treatment measures.

4. The portion of the stone check dam shown in the Town’s right‐of‐way must be eliminated.
The stone check dam will be removed from the Town’s right‐of‐way after site stabilization. The check
dam will provide treatment of stormwater runoff during construction. The site plans have been revised
accordingly.
We trust that this correspondence and the revised plans adequately address the reviewing engineer’s
