Attached please find the Notice of Public Hearing which will be published in The Day on
February 11th & 18th 2026. Per Zoning Regulation Section 21.2 :
The applicant shall send by Certificate of Mailing, a copy of the public hearing notice
to the owners of record of such properties at least ten (10) days before the date set for the
public hearing.
The applicant shall present written proof of mailing to the Enforcement Officer at least
five (5) days before the public hearing that this notification requirement has been met.
Failure to comply with the requirements of this section shall invalidate the Zoning Map
change procedure.
