Per your request Boundaries, LLC. has completed a review of the revised site plans and stormwater
management report for the proposed light industrial re-development located at 179 Gallivan Lane (Map
048 Lot 016-000) prepared by Green Site Design, LLC.
The following documents were received as part of the application package:
• Stormwater Management Report Revised September 15, 2025.
• Site Plan for Proposed Industrial Building, 179 Gallivan Lane, Montville, Connecticut, Prepared for
Fluid Line Products, LLC, Revised September 16, 2025.
• Turning Movement Plan Prepared September 10, 2025.
The revised documents address the review comments of September 13, 2025.
