Montville, Connecticut Good Morning: In response to the Town’s request pursuant to Condition #6 of the Conditions of Approval, this letter serves as certification that the iron pins and boundary monuments associated with the approved subdivision have been set in the field. The monuments were installed at the property boundary corners in accordance with the subdivision plans entitled “Desautel’s Resubdivision, 257 Chesterfield Road, Montville, Connecticut,” prepared for Michael A. Desautels and approved by the Montville Planning & Zoning Commission. The monumentation was set under my direction and supervision in accordance with the Connecticut Standards for Surveys and Maps and standard professional surveying practice.
