Per Condition #10 of the Approval, the following summarizes the revisions reflected on the
submitted plan set:Sheets 1–9: Revision date updated to reflect the final revised plan set. No
substantive changes were made to these sheets.
Sheet 10: Property corners set added.
Sheet 11: Drainage easement reconfigured; driveway easement, Property Corners
set added.
Sheet 12: Property corners set added.
Sheets 13–14: Revision date updated to reflect the final revised plan set. No
substantive changes were made to these sheets.
Sheets 15–16: Site details added.
Please let me know if anything further is required.

Thank you for providing a digital copy of the final revised Subdivision Plan.
With reference to the list set forth below in your email, it would appear that there were “property
corners set” on sheet 10 as well. Kindly review the Plans which you are provided and provide an
accurate list of all items which have been updated on the submitted Plans. Sheets 1 – 9 and sheets
13 – 14 have a new revision date however you are not specifying what was revised on the sheet.
Please provide a full, accurate list of all sheets where revisions have been made and what the
revision was; pursuant to #10 of the Conditions of Approval.
Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us accordingly.
