Responses are provided in bold.
1. Plan Set - Sheet 5 of 5 (upper left corner) Erosion & Sediment Control Notes #1-7. Please remove the duplicate language in
each of the (7) lines.
• The duplicate language has been removed from the Erosion & Sediment Control Notes #1-7 and the revised Sheet 5 of 5 has been included with this submittal.
2. Plan Set – Sheet 5 of 5 (upper right corner) Erosion and Sediment Control Narrative. Section II. Narrative. A. Description of
Development. Please correct the spelling of Montville.
• The correct spelling of Montville has been updated in the narrative and the revised Sheet 5 of 5 has been included with this submittal.
3. Plan Set – Sheet 5 of 5 (upper right corner) Erosion and Sediment Control Narrative. Please add Montville WEO to be present
for any inspection of the silt fence in each of the stages, prior to the commencement of any construction.
• The above note has been added to the narrative and the revised Sheet 5 of 5 has been included with this submittal.
