The following documents were received as part of the application package: • Comment response letter. • Erosion and Sedimentation Control Bond Estimate. • Site Improvement Plan, 375 Maple Avenue/Route 163, Town of Montville, Connecticut 06382, Prepared for Rand-Whitney Realty LLC, One Agrand Street, Worcester, MA 01607, July 21, 2025.
