Good afternoon,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in my response. I have been on leave for mywedding and honeymoon and am now in the process of reviewing and responding to
outstanding correspondence. Due to a possible furlough from the government shutdown, I
cannot schedule a site visit at the moment. In the meantime, I will review the materials
submitted and hopefully have an update for you by next week.
Thanks,
Andrea Williams

Good morning, Here are some of the additional details requested.
1. We have attached and updated map with the following corrections
a. Created a red call out for a 30” RCP Culvert at the
beginning of the intermittent water courseb. Sampling point locations for both 1W and 1U which arethe same as the photo locations (red call out)
c. Outlined the project area limits of disturbance in red.
d. Made the outline for the intermittent watercourse larger
and added a red call out for it
e. Added area/length to the intermittent water course
2. There is one intermittent water course created by the stormwater culvert which is
called out on the map. There is also Rockland Pond and Oxoboro Brook shown
on the map, but those are both outside of our project area which is now moreeasily discerned given the red outline.3. The culvert is the 30” RCP called out near the beginning of the intermittentwatercourse. “Culvert” has been added to the callout, and the callout has been
made larger.
4. The intermittent water course does not physically abut Oxoboro brook via
surface water. The water within the intermittent water course infiltrates before
reaching it.
We would like to have you come visit the site. Please provide us with some dates that
would work for you. Thanks,
Kyle Lynch, MESM.

c. Bolds the project outline area
d. Increased the sizing of the wetland outline and the callouts for them
e. Added areas to the wetland call outs2. There is one wetland on the northwestern part of the site which is RocklandPond. Then there is also one intermittent water course created by the stormwater
culvert in the northern half of the site.
3. The culvert is the 30” CMP called out near the beginning of the intermittent
watercourse. “Culvert” has been added to the callout, and the callout has been
made larger.
4. The intermittent water course does not physically abut Oxoboro brook via
surface water. The intermittent water course enters the ground before reaching
it.

Good afternoon,
I apologize for the delay. I have reviewed your wetland delineation sheets, and I have a few
additional requests regarding the submitted materials. 1. Could you provide a delineation map that identifies the location of the wetland
delineation sampling points, wetland boundary, and the ordinary high-water mark?
The map should contain:
a. Solid Bold Line Depicting Project Area Boundary Clearly Labeled
b. Clearly marked boundaries of all wetlands and/or other aquatic resources and
other pertinent features that are present (Wetlands, Tributaries, Lakes, Borrow
Pits, Ponds, Rivers, Drainage Features, Ditches).
c. Appropriate Aquatic Resource Labels with acreage/linear feet.d. Data point locations. The sampling points IU and IW are not mapped.e. Photo locations.
2. Is there only one wetland on-site or multiple?
3. The delineation sheet for sampling point IW mentions “Surface is saturated due to
culvert outflow”. Can you please mark the culvert location on the map? I do not know
which culvert you are referencing here.4. Does the wetland physically abut Oxoboro Brook via surface water?
It may be helpful to schedule a site visit so I can better visualize the wetland.
