Topsoil will be spread at a minimum compacted depth of 4 inches. Once the topsoil has been spread, all stones 2 inches yr larger will be removed as well as debris. Apply agricultural Around limestone at a rate of 100 lbs. per 1000 square feet. Apply 10-10-10 fertili--er or equiv- alent at a rate of 7.5 lbs, per 1000 square f at. Do not apply fertilizer to wetland areas. Work lime and fertilizer into the soil to a depth of 4 inches. Inspect seedbed before seeding. If traffic has compacted the soil, retill compacted areas. Apply the following grass seed mix. If seeding cannot be conducted during the recommended seeding dates, a mulch cover will be maintained unitl seeding can be accomplished. FILTER FENCE MAINTENANCE (1) Filter fence shall be inspected after heavy rainfall. If the -abric or posts are out of the ground, they will be replaced into the ground. (2) Sediment deposits are to be removed if they reach one foot in height behind the fence.
