The Board GRANTED the variance. The land is described as follows: Two certain tracts of land, situated on the southerly side of Walnut Dr. in said Montville, shown on "Plan of Trading Cove Heights owned by Eugene J. and Mary M. Deshefy, by Ernest L. Deshefy", to be filed in Montville Land Records, bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the southerly line of Walnut Drive at the northwesterly corner of land of Frank J. and Lucille Barbarosa and running thence westerly by the southerly line of Walnut Drive 100' to remaining land of the grantors; thence by said remaining land of the grantors, first southerly 200' and then easterly 100' to the westerly line of said Barbarosa land; and thence northerly by the westerly line of said Barbarosa land 200' to the point of beginning. This conveyance is made subject to the restriction that the premises shall be used for residential purposes only and that no dwelling or other build- ing shall be constructed on said premises within 25' of the southerly side of Walnut Dr. The second tract of land, situated on the southerly side of Walnut Dr. in said Montville, described as follows: Beginning at a merestone in the southerly line of Walnut Dr. at the north- easterly corner of land of Arnold P. and Gladys G. Brodeur, and running thence easterly by the southerly line of said Walnut Dr. 15' to the north- westerly corner of land of the grantees; thence southerly by said grantees' land about 200' to the southwesterly corner of the grantees' land in the northerly line of remaining land of the grantors; thence westerly by the northerly line of said grantors' land about 55' to a merestone in the east- erly line of said Brodeurs' land; and thence northerly by the easterly line of said Brodeurs' land about 200' to the point of beginning. This conveyance is made subject to the restriction that it and the grantees other land as one tract shall be subject to the restrictions now on said grantees other land as to residential purposes and building line. Being a part of the premises conveyed to us by deed recorded in Montville Land Records, Vol. 60, page 131. The grantees assume and agree to pay the taxes levied against these premises hereafter coming due.
