Certificate of Substantial Zoning Compliance with Conditions
Dear Mr. Augur:
On December 16, 2022, I conducted an inspection of the above -referenced property with Land
Use & Development Director, Liz Burdick to determine that all site improvements have been
completed for Phase I, per the PZC approved site plan (App. 422 SITE 5). Although the
improvements are substantially completed, there are several items that are outstanding.
Subsequently, I am issuing a certificate of substantial zoning compliance with conditions for
zoning compliance. A final certificate of zoning compliance shall be issued when all outstanding
items have been completed as follows:
./ 1) Knox Box shall be installed on Gate House or other location approved by the Fire Marshal.
r 2) Road Signage shall be installed per PZC approval.
✓ 3) Fire Marshal, Fire Chief and ZED shall conduct final inspection prior to issuance of final
CZC.
® All outstanding invoices shall be paid in full.
5) The E&S Control/Site Completion Surety Bond in the amount of $61,323.11 will be held by
the Town until the site is permanently stabilized with vegetative cover and all remaining site
improvements, including landscaping have been completed to the satisfaction of the Land
Use & Development Director and/or the Town Engineer.
6) Only the Phase I area of the site may be utilized at this time per the approved site plan
application 22 SITE 5.
Once the above items are completed, please contact me for additional inspections.
