Dear Mayor McDaniel:
In accordance with the conditions of approval enunciated by the Town of Montville
Planning and Zoning Commission for the proposed salt storage facility on the above referenced
properties, I enclose herewith a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Town of Montville
as additional insured and certificate holder. The certificate of insurance has been issued with
respect to the "guard shack" which, a boundary survey conducted by Boundaries, L.L.C., has
disclosed is located within the Depot Road right of way.
