Pursuant to our recent discussions, enclosed please find the following:
Original and five (5) copies of a Coastal Site Plan Review Application for the
development of a single family residence and appurtenant improvements on shore lands
at 188 Kitemaug Road, Montville, Connecticut.
2. Five (5) prints of the coastal site plan entitled "Coastal Site Plan Prepared For Chestnut
Ridge, LLC 188 Kitemaug Road Montville, Connecticut Project No. 25-106 Drawn
By: R.A.D. Date: 11/8/25 Scale: 1" = 20' Sheet 1 of 1"prepared by Advanced Surveys,
LLC.
3. A check fiom Chestnut Ridge to the Town of Montville in the amount of $260.00
representing payment of the application fee for the coastal site plan review.
Since the application is an application for a single family residence without any impact on
or proximity to identified coastal resources, no referral to the Department of Energy and
Environmental Protection is necessary with respect to this application. I therefore request that you
place this matter on the agenda of the Town of Montville Planning and Zoning Commission for
its regularly scheduled meeting of December 9, 2025.
