Dear Meredith:
CLA Engineers, Inc. (CLA) has received the 8-24 review materials for the above referenced site
located on the Town Form Repository:

CLA has performed a review of the documents and offer the following comments:
1. The road appears to be located off-center in the right-of-way. Can it be confirmed that 25’
is available from the centerline to the southern right-of-way line?
2. We recommend a 25’ radius be provided for the new property line at the PTA Lane and
Route 32 intersection.
3. The utility company may require an easement for overhead wires now crossing over private
property and potentially for pole CL&P 790X if it isn’t abandoned.
4. Monuments should be provided along the new property line in accordance with the Town
Road Standards.
5. Connecticut Coordinate Grid points should be shown for the new property corners.
