Subject:8-24 Review of PTA Lane in the area of 1905 Route 32

Good afternoon all,
I have been asked by the Mayor and Finance Department to complete an 8-24 review of town land
on north side of PTA lane (town right of way) for the potential to be conveyed to 1905 Route 32. This
land will be combined with 1905 Route 32 as stated on the survey. The description is the metes and
bound for the portion to be combined only. An updated warranty deed showing the metes and
bounds of 1905 Route 32 and this portion will be required should the Town Council vote in favor.
Please review the documents that have been provided to me in the link below and provide
comments. I am including your department to be sure there aren’t any drainage issues, easements,
future needs for easements, etc. This will be on the PZC agenda for April 22nd.
