Good morning Meredith,
To update you on Carol Drive punch List per Tom Cummings, CLA:
We have had the property corner Monuments installed where they were needed.
The brush from the water quality basin has been cleared and removed.
The additional stone needed behind the curbing where requested has been installed.
The only remaining items would be the curbing that is needed in front of #52 which will require local
asphalt plants to open this spring so we can install and address the dip in curb line in front of #49.
Other than the last two items, I believe we are good.. Should there be anything else, please do not
hesitate to let me know.
The bond in place should insure the completion of these this spring.
