The applicant is addressing the Town Engineer’s comments. Once you have approved, I will forward to the PZC for an 8-24 review then the Public Works Subcommittee for review and finally the Town Council for a resolution prior to filing the Warranty Deed in the Town Clerk’s office. In the Town Engineers letter he speaks of Parcel C to be abandoned which it was and I have attached the 8-24 review letter to the Town Council dated 10/2015. I believe your firm was our legal counsel in 2015. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
