Good morning Attorney Cody,
Could you kindly review the Warranty Deed and other documents and advise if these are in an
acceptable form. The applicant is addressing the Town Engineer’s comments. Once you have
approved, I will forward to the PZC for an 8-24 review then the Public Works Subcommittee for
review and finally the Town Council for a resolution prior to filing the Warranty Deed in the Town
Clerk’s office.
In the Town Engineers letter he speaks of Parcel C to be abandoned which it was and I have attached
the 8-24 review letter to the Town Council dated 10/2015. I believe your firm was our legal counsel
in 2015.
I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
