Hello John
The underground water tank was crushed on Gay Hill. It is currently a vacant lot. The water line on
maple avenue is for fire protection plus it supplies water to some homes on maple and route 163
businesses (the old auto repair shop). I believe the school is on city water.

Julie,
I am Concerned about what this sale will do to the water supply and the water tower
serving the school. Will the sale affect the water supply to the fire sprinkler system? Another
concern I have is the maintenance of the water tower. Whose responsibility will it be to
maintain the tower?
