Good morning Stacy,
I received your email regarding tomorrow's wetlands meeting. Unfortunately, I am under doctor's
orders to stay in bed and "near to a bathroom" for gut biome issues, so I will NOT be in attendance.

The application is for Fox Hill Farm, LLC. Per my narrative, there will be no harvesting in wetlands
and we are working outside of the upland review area. There are no proposed stream crossings.
This is a permitted use, as-of-right activity under Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed
operation is also approved by the USDA/NRCS. This application requires a simple jurisdictional
ruling.
