Based on the driveway (easement), we had assigned the following MBL and street number as
follows:
400 Gay Hill Rd (016-023-000) *refer to Lot 2 on the survey provided.
410 Gay Hill Rd (016-023-001) *refer to Lot 1 on the survey provided.

Attached hereto please find a copy of an approved Free Split Application #: 25 ZP 201, the approved
legal descriptions for both lots and the plan with reference to the above mentioned property. I
would assume that the mylars will be brought in very soon for recording on the Land Records. When
do you think you will assign an address? Please advise.
