Please see the link below for all application materials. Please note, this property was subdivided via a
mylar being filed on the land records without PZC approval. This was discovered recently by a title
search as part of a proposed sale of a lot. Therefore, you will see 3 separate parcels on the GIS.

This application will be on the August 26th PZC agenda. Please provide comments to Sherry and
myself in a time frame to allow the applicant to address all comments and allow for a second review
by all departments.
