I just wanted to be sure you were aware that the use of the site is changing to an Auction Facility.
The applicant has stated in their application “Activities will include the gathering of equipment,
vehicles, and people for auctions including timed, live & private party sales as well as marketing,
advertising and promotion.”

The above property meets the requirements of Section 19-13-B100a of the CT Public Health
Code. Therefore, the proposed change of use to include office space and accessory storage, is
permissible.
