Dear Megan,
The following is our response to the Fire Marshal’s review comments for the proposed Horizon
View Apartment complex on Route 32 in Montville. Our responses are as follows:
1.A fully addressable fire alarm system compliant with NFPA 72 will be provided.
2.The building will be fully sprinklered according to NFPA 13. Standpipes will be provided in all stairs
with fire department connections on each floor.
3.Exit signage and emergency lighting will be provided throughout the building according to State
Building and Fire Codes.
4.Both of the proposed elevators are stretcher compliant per code.
