Subject: 2 & 8 Enterprise Lane
Good Morning John:
Thank you for participating in our pre-construction meeting for the site plan approval for 2 & 8
Enterprise Lane in Oakdale. Pursuant to our discussion, I have attached a copy of the approved
Building Plans. Please provide us with a narrative explaining the use of the additional 3 office spaces,
ie. kitchenette, IT space, etc.
Please note that I have reviewed the April 7, 2025 Building Plans that have been uploaded into the
Building Department software, a copy is attached, against the PZC approved Plans of February 13,
2025 and find that the Plans are virtually the same with the exception of a few additions which
appear to have been requirements of the Building Department. With that being said, I am fine with
the Plans which are uploaded into City Squared.
I would be willing to sign off on the Building Permit Application #B2024-0784 providing I receive the
above described narrative and there is no change in the approved 4200 sq ft footprint, including the
1800 sq ft area of office space and 2400 sq ft area of warehouse/industrial use.
