Good morning Dave,
I spoke to John this morning regarding this application. Could you please review and comment on
the application and documents provided in the link below. The application packet also includes the
wetland application and soil scientist report. Stacy will be forwarding the IWC application under a
separate email to John for review and comments from Ian or Damien.

A little background, the applicant via Bill Sweeney is working on text amendments in Waterford and
East Lyme in order to expand Aces High RV park in the future. Therefore, they are showing an access
drive as part of this application. Bill Sweeney has informed me previously that this will be for
emergency access only. He also said the process is slow going.
