Hi Meredith, Please see below how each condition of approval for application 25 Sub 2 has been addressed:1. A digital copy of the approved plans is attached.2. Hard copies submitted for the record will include a raised seal.3. This correspondence serves as the list outlining how the conditions of approval have been addressed.4. As no plan revisions were required, a revision list has not been provided.5. Mr. Franklin will provide the required fee.6. Following signature of the mylars by the PZC Chair, the plans and deed will be filed simultaneously on the Land Records.7. Three paper sets and one mylar set with the red stamp will be submitted to the Town this week for signature by the PZC Chair.8. No additional permits are required9. Mr. Franklin and/or the contractor will notify the DPW prior to the commencement of any work in the ROW.10.
