HomeMy WebLinkAbout90 extension request 32025From:Dean Fiske To:Meredith Badalucca Cc:jmm@mielelaw.com Subject:FW: Mostowy v. Montville Planning and Zoning Commission appeal Date:Thursday, March 20, 2025 12:01:42 PM CAUTION: This email originated from outside the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Good morning Meredith. As you can see below, we were able to settle the appeal on application PZ #24 SUB 2 that was initiated and ran over February and March. Given that, we still intend to comply with the conditions in the approval, but I don’t think we will be able to accomplish all of those as well filing the mylar within the 90 time frame in your approval letter. I think it would be prudent to ask the commission for a 90 extension at you next meeting to ensure we can accomplish all of the required conditions. Can you please confirm this email and kindly let me know if there is anything further I need to do in terms of proper notice.
