Uncasville, Connecticut 06382 RE: 23 SUB 2 – Old Colchester Road (Parcel ID: 037-006-000), Oakdale, CT – Applicant/Owner: Watch Hill Builders, LLC for a 6-Lot Subdivision Request for an Extension of Time to File Subdivision Mylars Plans Dear Attorney Heller: The Planning and Zoning Commission, at its regular meeting on December 12, 2023, voted unanimously to GRANT a 90-day extension of time to file the approved subdivision mylar plans for Application PZ #23 SUB 2 – Old Colchester Road (Parcel ID: 037-006-000), Oakdale, CT – Applicant/Owner: Watch Hill Builders, LLC for a 6- Lot Subdivision plan entitled “Pine Grove Subdivision Prepared for D’Amato Brothers Builders, Montville, Connecticut, prepared by Bennett & Smilas Associates, Inc., Dated 07/28/2023, Revised to 9/25/23.” Mylars for the approved subdivision shall now be filed on the Land Records in the Office of the Town Clerk on or before April 8, 2024. The Commission may extend the time for such filing for one additional period of ninety (90) days and the plan shall remain valid until the expiration of such extended time.
