CLA Engineers, Inc. (CLA) has received the application materials for the above referenced project
located on the Town Form Repository:

CLA has performed a review of the application documents and offer the following comments:
1. Additional erosion and sedimentation control measures should be provided on the road
(north) sides of the lot developments to prevent soil migration into the road.
2. Inlet sediment control devices (silt-sacs) should be provided in the catch basins within the
road.
3. The water quality volume should be stored onsite for each of the new lots to comply with
the Town’s MS4 General Permit.
