and previously capped landfill, which covers approximately 8 acres. PROPOSAL: Applicant states “Proposed 600kW AC ground mounted solar array to be
installed on the capped town landfill & interconnected to the Eversource grid via a new
primary metered service.” STCT DEEP: Applicant states the project requires a State of CT Stormwater Construction
General Permit, as well as, a Landfill Disruption Authorization.
BOND: A soil erosion and sediment control bond estimate shall be submitted for review &
approval by the Town Engineer.

Development, Town of Montville, 669 Route 163, Oakdale, CT, Prepared by Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Dated June 6, 2023, Revised 7/19/23”:
1. Revise Surveyor notes on Sheet V101 to add title of map references.
2. Revise Sheet V101 to show title of reference map “2610”.
3. Sheet C101 was not revised to show size of the proposed Equipment Pad and
Solar Arrays. Detail 3 on sheet C502 was revised to include a note with approximate size
of concrete pad (40 ft by 20 ft). As-Built shall show exact size of Equipment Pad and Solar
Arrays.
4. Revise Sheet C001 to include third party inspection of the monitoring of E&S
Installation, as well as, a schedule and report to the Town as discussed at the July 18,
2023 meeting with Brad Parsons of Verogy, Tom Cummings of CLA, John Carlson, P.W.
Director, Liz Burdick, Director of Land Use & Development and myself.
