ChangeofUse—SiteApphcationNarrativeThisapplicationistorequesttheapprovalofusingaresidentialsingle-familyhomeintheRoute32overlayzoneareaforofficesfortheLanguageDepartmentoftheMoheganTribeofIndiansofConnecticutwhichmayalsoholdsmallweeklyMoheganlanguageimmersionclassesforMoheganfamilies.Therearecurrently5full-timeon-siteemployeesinthedepartmentwhousuallyworkMondaythroughFridayfrom8:30to4:30withanoccasionalweeknightorweekenddaylanguageclass.Theclasseswouldlikelyhavefivetotenparticipants.Thepoolwillremainclosed.Theonlyconstruction(interiorandexterior)willbeahandicaprampandnewsectionofsidewalkasindicatedonthesiteplan.Therefore,thereisnobondestimatewiththeapplication.
