That thickness is common for parking lots. I wouldn’t anticipate heavy truck loads out
there. So I don’t have an issue with that thickness change.

Please see change to thickness of Bituminous concrete parking area from 2” Surface Course – Class 2
and 2” binder course to 1 ½” each. Do you have any concerns with this?
There is also a change in the size of the mechanical slab and distance from building. Stacy and I can
approve these administratively as long as, you do not have concerns.

Thank you for sending this to Stacy and I. This was not the approved plan by the PZC which is what
Stacy handed out in the meeting. Can you please provide our office with a list of changes so we can
determine if it can be approved administratively or if the PZC needs to approve the changes via a site
plan modification.

In reviewing with Don Smith, there was a more recent site plan, r.5, dated 9/20/24. Ibelieve Don communicated this previously, but I have attached the drawing in the event
that this slipped through the cracks. This is the site plan that was used for bidding, so thereshould not be any surprises to the contractor.
Note that I did not Cc the entire group, but this drawing can be distributed if you are
agreeable. Let me know if you have any questions or want to discuss.

I have attached hereto a copy of the approved Site Plan for Application #: 23 SITE 10 at the above
mentioned property, as well as a copy of the Conditions of Approval. A condition of approval was
the scheduling of a pre-construction meeting, prior to the commencement of any work. A meeting
invitation will be sent out following this email. Kindly take the time to review the approved Plans
and formulate any questions and/or your specific department requirements to be discussed with the
contractors at said meeting.
