No. 24-3409 Dear Ms. Badalucca; Please find enclosed the following revised plans prepared in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s Conditions of Approval from their August 27, 2024 meeting: · Six (6) copies of site plans entitled “Property Survey, prepared for Sammy P Inc, 1080 Route 32, Montville, Connecticut, July 2024, Rev. C – Per Conditions of Approval – 8/28/24.” Per Condition of Approval Number 12 please consider the following as the list of how the conditions of approval will be met: · General Conditions 1 through 6 are acknowledged and will be met during construction as appropriate. · Site Specific Conditions 7 through 9 are acknowledged and will be met post-construction as appropriate. · Conditions to be met prior to signing of plans: o Condition 10: Live signed and sealed plans are included with this letter. o Condition 11: The digital PDF and AutoCAD file of the plans have been submitted by email. o Condition 12: This list is intended to satisfy Condition 12. o Condition 13: The only change made to the plans have been the addition of the Conditions of Approval to Sheet 2, and notes indicating the location of the Conditions of Approval on Sheets 1 and 3. · Conditions to be met prior to the issuance of Zoning permits: o Condition 14: The required paper plans are included with this letter. Page 2 o Condition 15: No certificates or permits from State or Federal agencies are required for the construction of this site plan. o Condition 16: The applicant will post the required erosion and sediment control and site restoration bond in accordance with Town requirements. o Condition 17: A pre-construction meeting will be scheduled with the Zoning Enforcement Officer prior to the start of construction of this site plan. · Conditions which must be met prior to Issuance of Certificate of Zoning Compliance: o Condition 18: As-built plans with required certifications will be provided at the completion of construction. o Condition 19: The requirement for ZEO sign-off prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy is acknowledged.
