Landscaping and plantings have not been completed, as per approved Plan. Landscaping and plantings will be completed in late spring 2()24 Some plantings have been installed, others have not been done at all and some had been installed where no plantings called for 2. Break-away stop sign has not been installed at the exit of the site, as per approved Plan. The stop sign will be installed this spring DONE 3. Stop bars have not been installed in the 7 parking spots at the northwesterly portion of the site, as per approved Plan The curb stops along the 7 parking spaces are noted to be installed in Phase Il, as shown on sheet 1 of the Phase Plan. To be installed in Phase II, my error 4. Handicap detection pads are not installed, as approved Plan. Will be installed this spring Not fixed 5. Handicap ramps along Rte 32 are not flush with the pavement. The handicap ramps along Route 32 will be flush with the pavement once the surface course of pavement is installed. This course of pavement will be installed once the phase Il building is completed. The surface course would be damaged during the construction of the phase Il building. Not fixed and poses to be a safety concern 6. Building mounted light fixtures are not installed, per approved plan. We would like to revise the building light fixtures as installed. No revised Plans have been submitted for review/approval 7. "One Way" sign has not been installed at the southeastern portion of the Phase I building, per approved Plan. The signage will be installed this spring. A “One Way” sign has been installed but should have been “One Way Do Not Enter” per approved Plan 8. Island to the rear of Phase I building is not raised, per approved Plan. We are requesting to install the raised island once phase Il is installed. It will be difficult to get trucks delivering materials for building Il around the back of the building once the raised-island is installed. No revised Plans have been submitted for review/approval. Currently listed in Phase I approved Plan 9. Signs have not been installed at raised island to the rear of Phase I building, per approved Plan. Signage will be installed this spring A “One Way” sign has been installed but should have been an arrow per approved Plan 10. Dumpster is not located as indicated on the approved Plan. Accessibility for emptying the dumpster is better in this location. An additional parking space was added in the lower parking lot to provide the required 32 spaces. No revised Plans have been submitted for review/approval for relocating the dumpster. And additional parking spot added, per above comment is not in accordance with our Regulations (no bump out for backing up) 11. Dumpster is not enclosed, per approved Plan. The dumpster will be enclosed. Not done at time of 4/30/2024 inspection 12. There are 5 parking spots to the rear of the Phase I building. Approved Plan requires 6. An additional parking space was added in the lower parking lot to provide the required 32 spaces. The additional parking spot added, per above comment is not in accordance with our Regulations (no bump out for backing up) 13. Concrete wall at the rear of the Phase I building, is not per approved Plan (see picture #12). Applicant's P.E. must certify, in writing, that this change is acceptable. See attached letter from the PE. OK 15. 2-way driveway in the southeast corner of the property is 22' wide. 24' wide is required per approved Plan and Montville Zoning Regulations. The driveway to the lower parking area will be widened to 24 feet when the surface course is installed. DONE 16. 4' chain link fence is not installed at the northeast and east side of the property, per approved Plan. The chain link fence is to be installed this spring. Not done at time of 4/30/2024 inspection 17. Wood guide rail has been installed as opposed to "metal" guide rail, per approved Plan. Applicant's P.E. shall certify, in writing, that this is in compliance with State of Connecticut DOT requirements, per approved Plan. See attached letter from the PE. OK 18. Handicap sign has not been installed to the north of Phase I building, east of Phase Il building. All signage will be installed this spring DONE 19. Height of gutter on Phase I building is lower than 8.5', as required by the approved phasing Plan. The gutter on Phase I building will be relocated this spring. DONE 20. "One Way — Do Not Enter" sign has not been installed at the northwesterly corner of Phase I building, per approved phasing Plan. All signage will be installed this spring DONE 21. Handicap "Van" sign has not been installed at the northwesterly spot, in front of Phase Il building, per approved phasing Plan. All signage will be installed this spring Not done at time of 4/30/2024 inspection 22. Handicap van spot is not marked on As-Built The As-Built has been revised to show the markings. No revised As-Built has been provided to date 23. Installation of drywells, oil/water separators and splash pad, in accordance with the approved Plan shall be certified, in writing, by the Applicant's P.E. See attached letter from the PE OK
