Hi Stacy,
You were on my list to call first thing this morning. I was out in the field all day yesterday so I was unable to return any
phone calls. Based on the ‘site plans – proposed site development’ it looks like they have a preliminary septic system
designed that is outside of the wetlands and within the area Mike Kirby observed the test holes.
At this time, I don’t have any comments in regards to the driveway. The applicant/CLA will need to submit the septic
design for formal review prior to any building permits being issued.
Mike didn’t really go over wetland reviews – the Town of Salem (which I normally cover) does not have this same
process. It will be a learning curve, but I am happy to communicate and move things along.

I attempted to reach you earlier concerning your comments pertaining to the above referenced Application but was
unsuccessful.
I am unsure if you are requiring the information below and the information you discussed in your July 3rd email
pertaining to the septic system design in order to provide your comments for the Inland Wetland Application, only,
which was part of the link in my initial email of June 27th.
This is not an Application to build the new home, it is merely an Application for the construction of a new driveway and a
crossing; through the wetlands. I have no issue with advising the Applicant that this information is required in order to
obtain a recommendation to the Inland Wetlands Commission. Kindly advise accordingly.

I responded on 7/3. It looks like Mike Kirby observed the test holes at this location, however, we never received a plan
to review. We would need the plan and fee submitted to our office for review.
