Connecticut General Statutes, I make a motion that the proposed project will not have
any activity within any regulated areas and that a favorable review be sent to the Planning
and Zoning Commission for the Plan titled “Proposed 7 Lot Resubdivision Carol Dr. &
Sharp Hill Rd Montville Ct Prepared for Bruce Dechesneau Prepared by Killingly Engineering Associates dated July 2015.”
