Dear Attorney Michaud: At a public meeting held on December 21, 2023, the Connecticut Siting Council voted to set the date by which to render a decision on the above-referenced petition for a declaratory ruling as no later than May
12, 2024, in accordance with Section 4-176(e) of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section 16-50j-40(c) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
