Liz, I spoke with DGT, apparently the guy responsible for the providing a certification to the chain letter is on vacation and can not update the letter for tonight’s meeting. My client’s attorney, Mr. Miele, said that he would provide a cover letter stating that the application is a resubdivision, but won’t be able to complete in time for tonight’s meeting. He could possibly get that over to you by tomorrow. Can we still have our application accepted at tonight’s meeting with the condition that you receive a statement certifying the resubdivision within the next couple of days.
