Applicant Request: Regulated activities within the upland review area in conjunction with the
proposed removal and replacement of existing porch and stairs; as well as the excavation and
installation of a 287 SF paver patio on the southwest side of the existing house.
STAFF COMMENTS:
Applicant needs to revise the plans as follows:
1. Revise the Inland Wetlands Application received 11/6/2023 as follows:
• VI. Wetlands and Watercourse Information – Revise Upland Review Disturbance Area to
reflect the square footage that will be affected by the improvements.
• VII. Project Description – Revise to include Regulated Activity.
• A) Attach a Detailed Plan of the Proposal and indicate Plan Title and Date – Revise to
indicated Plan Title and Date and remove “page 6/6 Zoning Page”.
• VIII. Other Information – 3. Is the regulated activity within a Public Water Supply Aquifer
or Watershed?
6. Does the application required approval from the Town of Montville WPCA?
2. Revise Plan to show R80 as Zoning District and list the correct requirements for this district.
3. Revise Plan to show the distance from wetlands to the deck.
4. Revise Plan to show the distance from wetlands to the patio
5. Revise Plan to show where silt fence will be installed.
